Return to training news update

Talks are underway regards the possible return to training, this still maybe some time away and will be managed with staggered sessions of reduced numbers at first, with increases gradually as restrictions are lifted. Your patience is very appreciated in such unprecedented times but safety is paramount and must be our number one concern.

Currently we are waiting to hear back from the council as to when we can return, but just wanted to update you all so you are aware that talks are taking place.

In the meantime I am busy looking at ways we can train together in small groups, at least once if not twice per week using the Francis Scaife field outside the gym, this would be from the week beginning 15th June if its possible and safe to do so.

Days and times will be flexible depending on weather and numbers/ availability

Weekdays Mon - Fri 4.30 pm - 6. 30 pm or (we would choose two days)

Weekends Sat - Sun 10.30 am - 12. 30 pm

I will be contacting small groups of 6 to start with on a rotational basis across two separate days, if this is successful, I will increase sessions accordingly if it is safe to do so.

We have mats and equipment that we can use, the session will be with social distance and all members will have to agree to the new health and hygiene measures if they are to take part.

I am currently looking into a toilet facility solely for the use by our members only or the possibility of a portable toilet which could be placed inside our green container temporarily.

I will update you all again soon once I have further news.

Keep healthy fit and safe

Kxx
